Refund policy

Returns We stand behind the quality of our premium imitation jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a strict 3-day return policy. This means you have 3 days after the date your item is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, certain items (like pierced earrings) may only be returned if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us immediately at innovateartimpex@gmail.com with your Order Number and a photo of the item. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
